Master Agreement:

This Master Agreement constitute a binding contractual agreement between Network Computers and all its customers. The Master Agreement includes the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Service Level Agreement and Privacy Policy. Customer agrees to be bound to all agreements in this Master Agreement.

Network Computers reserves the right to supplement and/or amend, at any time, the terms and conditions of its Master Agreement, including the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Service Level Agreement and Privacy Policy. Network Computers will notify its Customers about any changes in these agreements through online announcements. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review Network Computers’ policies on a frequent basis to ensure compliance because the Master Agreement and all its included agreements in place during your most current month of service applies and not the master agreement which was in place when you signed up for services and registered as customer. Changes requested by Customer to any of these agreements or to the master agreement must be agreed to in writing by Network Computers.
